Green juice to oxygenate the blood

Green juice is a great ally for health and is famous for containing antioxidant properties that provide health benefits.

In addition to strengthening health, green juice helps oxygenate the blood, reduce the action of free radicals, reduces fluid retention, provides greater energy and vitality, improves blood and lymphatic circulation, strengthens the body’s defenses and helps the liver to release toxins accumulated by an inadequate diet, stress and pollution, as well as helping to delay aging and weight loss, when combined with a healthy diet and physical exercise.

Green juice can be prepared from different combinations of fruits rich in antioxidants, green vegetables (green cabbage, spinach, arugula, watercress, parsley, mint) with diuretic properties, grains (flaxseed, chia) and other foods that are a source of mineral salts, iron, vitamin C, calcium, folic acid and magnesium.

Below I share with you one of the variants with which I usually prepare green juice.

Ingredients

  • Half a green apple
  • Spinach leaves
  • Aloe vera
  • Parsley
  • Radish leaves
  • Chard
  • Spirulina
  • Water

How to make green juice for blood oxygenation

  • In a blender add the following ingredients: half a green apple cut into small squares, a handful of spinach, a small piece of aloe vera, a handful of parsley, a handful of radish leaves, a handful of chard cut into small squares, and we will also add a good spoonful of spirulina.
  • To all this we are going to add water to taste, depending on the consistency you want. I usually add half a liter of water.
  • Blend all the ingredients until they are integrated.
  • Now we must strain the preparation to filter all the particles of the vegetables so that we are left with only the liquid.
  • To filter the green juice to oxygenate the blood, we will use a fine cloth as a filter and we will pour the whole mixture into a container with enough space (as I show you in the video). Drain all the liquid well and with that we already have the juice prepared.

I recommend adding one or two ice cubes to the glass to make it more refreshing.

Keep in mind that you can vary the ingredients and depending on the leaves you use, the final flavor will vary. If you use bitter ingredients such as radicheta or arugula, you will have a more bitter juice.

It makes the intestines work: The fibers present in vegetables, legumes and grains, combined with fruit liquids or water, regulate intestinal transit and fight constipation.

This juice is excellent to nourish our body and provide it with a lot of vitamins, since all the leaves used in this preparation have beneficial properties for our body.
